Susan lead us through a series of dance moves to pop and oldie songs everyone was singing along. She demonstrated moves for us while encouraging us to keep moving and maintain our heart rate. Rest breaks were encouraged and she checked in with us to make sure we were feeling okay after each song. My daughter is only 12 weeks so I had her facing me, however the other baby in class was about 6 mos and was able to face out in her carrier - and I am pretty sure that baby had the most fun out of anyone taking the class squealing with delight with each twist and turn.

My daughter found the bopping to be soothing and napped through the Zumba portion of class bonus.
